How to Sell It Well
Photograph it in daylight
Next to a window, against a plain wall. Warm indoor bulbs shift reds and wash out pastels, and colour is the single most common reason a sale falls through. One short video beats ten photographs.
Measure, don't guess
Bust, waist, shoulder and full length in centimetres. Pakistani, Indian and UK sizing all differ, so a size label tells a buyer almost nothing. Listings with real measurements sell noticeably faster.
Say which event it was worn for
Mehndi, nikkah, walima, Eid, a reception. Buyers search by occasion far more than by garment, because the event is the problem they are actually solving.
Be honest about flaws
A missing dupatta, a mark on the hem, a replaced zip. Declared flaws lose you very little; discovered ones lose you the sale and the review.
