Is it safe to buy on Dazzle & Bloom?+
Absolutely. Payments are held securely through our escrow system — you only release funds after confirming you've received the item and it's as described. If there's a dispute, our team steps in to help resolve it.
How do I know the item is authentic?+
All sellers agree to our authenticity policy when listing. For high-value or designer pieces, we encourage sellers to provide original receipts or certificates. Buyers can also request additional photos or details before purchasing.
What are your fees?+
Listing is completely free. Dazzle & Bloom takes a 10% commission on completed sales — this covers our buyer protection, payment processing, and platform costs. There are no hidden fees.
How do I get paid as a seller?+
Once your buyer confirms receipt, we transfer funds directly to your bank account within 1–2 business days. You can track all your sales and earnings in your seller dashboard.
What if the item doesn't match the description?+
Contact us within 3 days of receipt. If the item is significantly different from what was described, you'll receive a full refund. Our buyer protection covers you throughout the transaction.
Can I meet locally to buy?+
Yes! Many of our sellers are happy to arrange local collection, especially for larger items like lehengas and bridal wear. Agree it with the seller via message before purchasing.
