What if I don't get bookings in the first month?+
Most vendors recover the £9.99 from a single direct booking. The job board keeps inbound demand flowing while your profile and reviews build, and you can cancel any time. There's no contract, no notice period, and no clawback.
What's the catch on 0% commission?+
There isn't one for direct bookings — what shows on your profile, what gets booked through your profile, that's all yours. The only fee is 5% on bookings you accept through the job board, which funds the buyer-acquisition spend that puts those briefs in front of you. You can ignore the job board entirely if you'd rather.
Do I need Stripe Connect to start?+
No. Without Connect we settle bookings to you within 14 working days. Connect takes five minutes to set up and switches you to same-day payouts — most vendors do it after their first booking lands.
How do I stop buyers from going off-platform before paying?+
We do it for you. Phone numbers and emails are blocked in chat until the deposit clears. After it clears, every channel opens — you can finish the booking on WhatsApp, in person, however you want. We get out of your way once you're paid.
Can I move my existing clients onto the platform?+
Yes — payment links are built for exactly that. Send a Stripe checkout link to any client, on or off-platform, and the payment lands in your dashboard. Useful when a returning client just wants to book the same package again without going through a full enquiry flow.
